She has gained valuable knowledge of the casino, not just cage operations but also Slots and Table games. She found her years in banking have been invaluable to her ability to lead and manage Cage operations. She participated in development of Policies and Procedures for her department so she is adept at training others to ensure compliance with Internal Controls and Title 31 guidelines for Casino Arizona and SunRay Park and Casino.
