Jeff Pepple was born and raised in Reno, Nevada.  He graduated from the University of Nevada at Reno with a degree in Finance, quickly putting that education to work in the gaming industry. Pepple first joined the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians as Director of Finance at Spa Resort Casino in 1999.  He later served as Assistant General Manager and Interim General Manager for that casino, as well as Chief Administrative Officer at the Tribal level.  In August of 2006, Pepple joined sister property Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage as Assistant General Manager, helping to oversee the transformation of the casino in a world-class resort with the grand opening of its new $350M hotel complex. Shortly thereafter, Jeff was appointed General Manager at the Spa Resort Casino.  Pepple also served as Interim COO/General Manager running both the Spa Resort Casino and Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa.

Pepple holds a Certified Management Accountant credential and has served as President of the Reno chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. He has been a speaker on numerous boards and panels at accounting and gaming seminars.

• 20+ years of senior level finance experience with 10 years Indian Gaming and Tribal governments
• Experienced in corporate financial, administrative and operational management; cash management; accounting and reporting system design; annual and long range planning; venture analysis; financial and operational auditing.
• Experienced with Native American Tribal government Accounting, Purchasing, Grant Accounting and Cash Management
• Experienced with Hotel and Casino financial accounting for $350M gross revenue, with over 30 department/revenue centers including 1450 lots, 25 tables, 35 hotel rooms and five restaurants plus a $32 million expansion project
• Prepared acquisition analyses of potential target companies, including operating budgets, cash flows and balance sheets.
• Designed and implemented manual and EDP accounting and management reporting systems
• Experienced with public corporation accounting, financial and administrative functions including preparing SEC reports and annual reports to shareholders, and liaison with attorneys, auditors and shareholders.
• Accounting software – Great Plains Dynamics (Microsoft), FRX Reporting System, FAS Fixed Asset System (Sage), EDP, Home grown systems, MAS 90, Microsoft suites, SAS, Bally SDS, POS, and MICRROS systems
• Managed privately owned companies in adverse financial condition, including: negotiations with creditors, liquidation of assets, staff re-organization, business reorientation, and liaison with attorneys, banks, creditors’ committees, and bankruptcy court.
