Tom Cody's health care experience includes state level planning and grant writing for the Oklahoma State Department of Health. He has worked on a consulting basis for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Diversified Environmental Technologies, the Marriott, the Los Angeles School System, Kleinco, and the Methodist Health System. Tom has worked with several Oklahoma Tribes to assist them to establish Tribal ambulance services. He has taught Human Resource Management at the college level. He was Director of HRD for a Southern California Hospital.

Tom earned a Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma College of Health and a Bachelor's of Science, Social Psychology, Oklahoma State University
