The Office of Justice Services (OJS), within the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), is searching for individuals to serve as a Supervisory Criminal Investigator (Drug Enforcement). The incumbent will perform a variety of administrative and supervisory functions and will serve as the Assistant to the Regional Agent in Charge, Drug Enforcement. The individual selected for this position will be working for the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Justice Services, Division of Drug Enforcement in Billings, MT. Note: This is a supervisory position. First-time supervisors are required to serve a probationary period before their appointment becomes final. If the employee does not satisfactorily complete the probationary period, he/she has a right to be returned to a non-supervisory or non-managerial position of no lower grade and pay than the previous non-supervisory position held. Salary Information : Starting salary is GS-13: $84,443. First time hires to the Federal government will begin at the starting salary of the grade level.
