| Traci McCarty - President - Visionary as we expand our services to meet the needs of Native American Industries.– 19 years as founder and president of TMA. She is committed and passionate about the success, diversification and self-sufficiency of American Indian Nations and culture. She has visited nearly all of the Native Nations throughout the United States. She has more than 38 years experience in the gaming and resort industry. Traci served on the Advisory Board of UNLV’s - International Gaming Program, the Development Board for the Las Vegas Paiute Indian Tribe and the Board of Directors for American Indian Services. She testified before the National Gambling Impact Study Commission on behalf of Native American tribes and their regulatory processes. Traci is a moderator, trainer, and speaker at many Gaming symposiums. She attended UNLV majoring in Finance, is a graduate of PSI World Leadership and Rapport Leadership programs. She is a native of New Mexico and is a descendant of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. She is the mother of two adult children, Christopher and Heather, and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. | |  |

Susan Behn - Executive Placement - National - and HR Consultant - Dedicated, experienced, professional, attention to details, excellent customer service, concise, and a love of writing - Sue has been a
valued member of the TMA team for more than 6 years. Sue brings more than 26 years of Human Resource experience in a
variety of industries including Tribal Governments and Healthcare. Sue leads our services for the central and eastern parts of the United States and recruits on a national level. Sue also
specializes in Human Resource Department start-ups and realignments, work-flow management, guiding
Human Resources to meet corporate goals and initiatives and; recruitment across
a number of industries. Sue is a graduate of Ottawa
University with a BA in Human Resources. She is a proponent of providing
exceptional service and giving back to her community through various volunteer
activities. Sue is married to Jim, who
is also a member of our team, and resides in Wisconsin. | | |
April
Hammer - Executive Recruiter - Recruiter Assistant - Professional, experienced, caring and balancing family and
career - April started with TMA in 2001 assisting
with Executive Search projects. She took three years off for family and
rejoined us in August of 2012. We are grateful to have her back. April assists
with sourcing qualified candidates, research, interviewing and
debriefing of our candidates. She is a major part of the excellent customer
service TMA delivers to our Clients and Candidates. Prior to working with TMA
she was a caretaker for five years and through this experience she learned the
values of relationships – with self, God, family and friends alike.
April attended Community College of Southern Nevada for a Nursing
Degree and plans to pursue a degree in Child and Family Psychology in the
future. Her passion is helping people become self-sufficient in life’s journey. April is avid contributor to the community
through church and civic service. She is a native of Utah, is married to Trevin
and they have three wonderful children.
