Traci has more than 30 years of gaming industry experience and fifteen years in executive search for the Gaming industry. Traci served on the Advisory Board of UNLV’s - International Gaming Program, the Development Board for the Las Vegas Paiute Indian Tribe and the Board of Directors for American Indian Services. Traci is a moderator, trainer, and speaker at many Gaming symposiums and holds several certifications in Human Development and behavior. She is the mother of Christopher and Heather, two young adults, and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. | |  | Beverly Purcell - Director of Executive Placement - Nationwide - Experienced, dedicated, common sense approach, intuition and wisdom to help guide the success of all our Executive Placements ensuring the right executive with the right company and position. Bev has been with TMA since 1996. Bev is a native of Las Vegas - currently living her dream life just south of Tucson, Arizona. Beverly was General Manager for a multi office employment agency for more than six years. Bev also specializes in employee development and benefits programs. Beverly is married to world-renowned artist, Roy Purcell, who is also a member of our Team - sharing his beautiful art with our industry. April is a native of Utah and has been with TMA for 10+ years. She is retiring to raise her family and will be working with TMA on a special projects basis only. April is married to Trevin and has a daughter, Leah, and a son, Owen. Sue is also our resident expert with Non-Profit and Medical industries. She assists clients and stays abreast of new trends, issues and innovations in our industry – with over 20 years of human resource experience in a variety of industries including tribal and health care. Sue specializes in HR Department startups, managing the work flow, performance of employees and aligning Human Resource with products and services to meet corporate goals and initiatives. Sue is a graduate of Ottawa University with a BA in Human Resources. She was a member of the Business Advisory Council for Goodwill Industries and volunteered for the state Mental Health Associations. Sue is married to Jim (who helps us out, too, and is a member of our team). they have two children and two grandchildren and resides in Wisconsin. |  | Laura L. Langley – Executive Recruiter – Southwest Region - Organized, professional, customer service oriented and a love of motorcycles and travel. Laura has over 20 years of successful sales experience working within the home building industry. She has extensive sales management experience as well as training and development of new team members. She created and coached cohesive and accountable teams; including interviewing, hiring, training, creating development plans and reviewing of staff to insure objectives are met. Laura graduated from University of Tennessee with a BS in Tourism Food & Lodging (Hospitality). Laura is married to Bob and they reside in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Las Vegas, Nevada. They enjoy motorcycle riding and attend the Sturgis event annually.

| Andrew Hines – Executive Recruiter – East Coast Region - Sound business sense, compassionate, accountable, creative and a great sense of humor. Andrew brings a diverse 25+ years of business experience as owner and manager of manufacturing, marketing and extreme sports companies. Andrew is a native of New Jersey and offers a vast background of human resources, marketing, manufacturing and sales experience. He owned an extreme sports company for 10 years where he was responsible for the hiring, management and mentoring of employees. His experience also includes 20 years in construction and manufacturing industries. Andrew earned his BS degree in Business Management with a minor in Business Law. He is a national speaker and is actively involved in civic organizations.. Andrew is married to Barbara and resides in NJ with the Molly and Maggie. | | | Barbara Hahn – Administration Manager – Organized, structured, detail oriented and a compassion for people and animals. Barb is responsible for our Data Management, licensing/regulatory processes, marketing, candidate research/verifications, and assisting our team with our Clients and our Candidates. Barb assists with sourcing qualified candidates, research, in-depth interviewing and debriefing of our candidates. She is a major part of the excellent customer service TMA delivers to our Clients and Candidates. Barbara has worked in the customer service field for most of her career. Barb is a native of Chicago, Illinois and moved south of Tucson after 34+ years working in the hotel and mortgage industries in Chicago, Atlanta and Washington DC. Barbara is married to Jim, who after moving to Arizona, opened his own consulting business. Barb and her husband are parents to three golden retrievers. |
