Passionate about the success of Indian Country with the continued diversification of economic successes in balance with culture. Traci leads our growth as we expand our services to meet the needs of Native American Nations and Native American Industries. After 20 years in corporate gaming, Traci started her company when Indian Gaming was just beginning. She visited nearly all Indian Nations to understand the needs of the communities. She helped to establish one of the largest databases of Native American professionals. Traci served on the Advisory Board of UNLV’s - International Gaming Program, the Development Board for the Las Vegas Paiute Indian Tribe and the Board of Directors for American Indian Services. She testified before the National Gambling Impact Study Commission on behalf of Native American tribes and their regulatory processes. Traci attended UNLV majoring in Finance, is a graduate of PSI World Leadership and Rapport Leadership programs and holds more than 50 Tribal and State gaming licenses. Traci is a native of New Mexico and is a descendant of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. She is the proud mother of two amazing adult children, and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada and Texas. Traci truly enjoys her work.

Sue is a graduate of Ottawa University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Human Resources.
She is a proponent of providing exceptional service and giving back to her community through various volunteer activities. Sue and Jim have two grown children, two grandchildren and reside in Wisconsin.
James Behn - Senior Executive Recruiter - National - Focused executive recruiter with a passion for identifying great candidates for great companies. Jim joined our team in 2006 and has been identifying qualified
candidates for our clients for more than eight (8) years. Jim has worked in
partnership with Sue for the past 12 years recruiting in a number of
industries including gaming, tribal government, hospitality,
engineering, legal and health care. Jim's background includes material handling, training and sales.
Jim received a bachelors degree in business administration – finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Jim is an avid bow hunter and fisherman and resides in Wisconsin. He
is the recipient of five Pope and Young certificates, has taught his
children and grandchildren the joys of fishing and assists Sue in
unhooking her trophy fish.
Gail Crazythunder-Marsh - Senior Executive Recruiter - National - Committed to and experienced in Indian Gaming, Tribal Governments, Health Care and FEMA operations. We are very fortunate to have Gail join our team! As Senior Executive Recruiter, she
brings 10 years of experience working with Native American Nations and corporate businesses. Gail has 10 years of Indian Gaming experience, two (2) years Tribal Government, and is also experience in Health Care, Economic Development and FEMA. She is ready to assist our Clients with finding the right technical skills required, as well as, the right cultural fit to be successful with your team.
Gail completed (ABD) Doctor of Management, and earned an MBA - Homeland Security Management, an MBA - Human Resources Management, a BS in Liberal Studies - Minor Political Science/Sociology, an ASS, and an AGS. Gail is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training and Crucial Conversations courses.
Gail is married, has three (3) wonderful children and they reside in Minnesota. Gail enjoys participating in public policy concerning Native American Tribes, organizational leadership and behavior, researching new and emerging trends in business development and best practices, being involved in emergency management networking and functions, collaborating on and writing published white papers, attending and participating in community activities and is an outdoor enthusiast. Gail is an enrolled Member of the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
Merrick P. Dresnin, JD, SPHR - Senior Executive Recruiter - National - and HR Consultant - Experienced in both Indian Gaming and Corporate gaming organizations. Merrick brings 15 years of both Indian Gaming (5 years), corporate gaming and high-tech industries to our team. Educated in law, Merrick transferred that skill-set into Human Resources and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to both our clients and our candidates. Merrick is has an extensive network of professionals in the industry and is experienced with identifying the technical skills and experience, as well as the soft skills necessary to find successful people for an organization. He is an expert with employment/labor laws, employee retention strategies, and spearheading investigations & mediations. Merrick is experience in drafting, evaluating, revising HR policies to ensure congruence with business objectives while remaining in compliance with the law.
Merrick earned his JD in Human Resources law and earned his BA – double major in history and anthropology. Merrick is SPHR Certified, and is an adjunct professor at Kendall College.
